Services
Property Care will discuss your maintenance requirements and arrange a time that is convenient to do the work. All of the materials and equipment will be provided or you can arrange the materials if you choose. Staff will work productively to complete the work to a good standard and remove rubbish and surplus materials to meet your instruction.

- Lawns
- Gardening
- Pruning Trees
- Painting
- Repairs
- Fixing doors, windows and cupboards
- Locks
- Water blasting
- Clearing guttering
- Window cleaning
- Oven cleaning
- Changing Tap washers
- Changing light bulbs
- Other odd jobs
- One off jobs, or arrange to do selected work at regular intervals throughout the year
- Arrange for electricians, plumbers and other contractors that we have vetted and selected based on good workmanship
What does it cost?
- Property Care services are provided at an affordable price in comparison to market rates, quotes are given based on the job(s) required. Subsidies may be available depending on circumstances. Superannuates may qualify for special subsidies and there may be additional support for those with disabilities. The Office Manager is only a phone call away to discuss these funding options.
