Food Bank

VisionWest Food Bank provides emergency food parcels for low income families and individuals - Many people in our community find themselves so financially stretched at times that they need a food parcel to get them through. A small quantity of food can make a big difference for people who find themselves in need or facing financial difficulties.

Food Bank’s team of dedicated volunteers can provide individuals or families with a food parcel that can last up to 2-3 days. Please bring along your community services card & one form of photo ID (passport/drivers' license/18+Card/Student ID)

VisionWest Food Bank is just one of the ways we offer practical help in response to needs in our community. You can also visit our School Uniform Bank and Curtain Bank.

Food Bank Opening Hours:

Monday 9.30am - 12.30pm
Wednesday 12noon - 3pm
Friday 12noon - 3pm

PLEASE NOTE: Our foodbank will be closed from Wednesday 20th December 2017 and will reopen Monday 8th January 2018.

You can support VisionWest Food Bank by contributing food items or good quality clothing and household items. Donations can be dropped off directly to the Food Bank during opening hours, or delivered to the VisionWest Community Trust main reception. You can also support us by becoming a VOLUNTEER or making a DONATION – people are generous but demand often exceeds the supply of donated items we receive. Any funds donated will be used 100% for purchasing uniform items so that we can supply more families in need. Thanks for your support.
