Foodbank
VisionWest Foodbank provides emergency food parcels for those in need in West Auckland. Many people find themselves so financially stretched at times that they need a food parcel to get them through. VisionWest does not underestimate the difficulties many people face and seek to help in whatever way possible. Foodbank provides food parcels to feed an individual or family for about 2-3 days.
Some people are referred on to the Community Worker/Chaplain because they are experiencing some sort of crisis and need additional support and all are encouragedto take advantage of the VisionWest Budgeting Service. Foodbank have a policy where people who have received three food parcels must get budgeting advice to help
reduce dependency.

Wednesday 12:00noon – 3:00pm
Friday 12:00noon – 3:00pm
Donated items can be delivered to
VisionWest Community Trust main office
or directly to the Foodbank & Op Shop.
