Welcome

VisionWest Community Care is a service dedicated to providing support, resources and services to people within the community who are struggling with issues such as abuse, addiction, isolation, illness, grief and relationship difficulties. VisionWest Community Care ensures that people are cared for physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, providing a holistic and integrated approach to assisting people.

A Community Worker/Chaplain walks alongside people as they access other services; inside and outside VisionWest, providing advocacy and support as required. The Community Worker/Chaplain will meet with a person or family and help them identify their needs and strengths and together develop a plan to reach their goals.
